This year's winning design

Alice Ashmeade, from Broadstone Middle School beat hundreds of other entries to win Annette Brooke MP's annual Christmas card competition. The card was chosen because of its good use of colour and excellent design and will now be used as the front cover for Annette Brooke MP's Christmas card.

Honourable mentions also go to Ellie Cryer from Canford Heath Middle school and Isobel Atkinson from Lytchett Matravers Primary school, whose entries were also used on the card.

Annette Brooke commented "We were astounded by the amazing range of entries that we got this year. It was hard to choose a winner as so many entries were of a very high quality"

The competition, now in its 9th year, attracts entries from schools across Poole and Dorset and the winning design will be turned into a Christmas card that will be sent out to 6,000 homes and businesses across Poole and Dorset. The prizes and printing are paid for personally by Annette.

If you are a resident of the constituency and are writing to discuss any issue that Parliament or government is responsible for, you must provide your home address as MPs are generally only permitted to act on behalf of constituents.

If you are not a constituent, you do not need to provide your address, but the matters we can deal with are more limited and you may wish to contact your local MP in the first instance.

    • If you agree, Annette Brooke MP, the Liberal Democrats, and their elected representatives may use the information you provide to contact you about issues you may find of interest. Some of the contacts may be automated. You can opt out of these contacts at any time by contacting us.
