Special Educational Needs Funding
Vikki raised the issue of Special Educational Needs Funding with he Secretary of State, Bridget Phillipson, in order to highlight the the impact that a lack of high needs block funding is having on the financial sustainability of local councils and on children whose education is suffering as a result of that.
Vikki also requested a full review of the Safety Valve Programme.
